I designed the Information Architecture for an inhouse sales tool for a large UK information provider. The project scope requested merging 40+ tools into one user interface for collaborative use of different personas. I worked with an Interaction Designer to produce over 50 annotated wireframes (in Visio) and collaborated with the UX lead on the user testing sessions.

Profero was tasked with designing an exceptional exhibition experience for the launch of the new Mini Countryman in 2010. I created user journeys for the booths where users could record videos of themselves to be displayed on the cars windows. I also created wireframes for an accompanying Facebook site and planned and executed workshops for the team to establish the best user experience.

Initially I focused on research and conceptual design for elements of the businesses core product, a social engagement platform. I investigated and established guidelines for UGC, adaptive systems, morphing UI and behavioral analysis. Finally I designed the user experience for a prototype of an online competition for a global drinks brand.
